Automated Optical Particle Counter

LogicOil’s ATEX online particle counter is a fully automated optical particle counting system equipped with a LASER-diode light source for continuous presentation of cleanliness codes that allows for simple integration in industrial data management systems.

Measurement Principle

Single particle detection is achieved using light extinction with a highly focussed laser beam. As the entire measurement cell is illuminated, even very clean liquids can be measured.

Each LogicOil ATEX particle counting system is individually calibrated and certified. An important requirement in high-risk or explosive environments.
